PML Management Corporation offers complete association management service to Common Interest Developments (CID’s), using state-of-the-art technology and proven management systems. PML has experience in managing associations ranging in size from less than 20 to more than 200 units.

Mr. Stephen Fox
"Back in August 1975, Pacific Management Limited (PML) was founded as a result of a partnership between myself, Stephen Fox, and my friend, Stephen Heinrichs. Our company was later incorporated in 1980 as PML Management Corporation. Our goal then, as now, was structured on the principle of providing reasonably priced, first-class, effective management of common facilities for the benefit of homeowners. What an accomplishment it is for me, both personally and professionally, to realize that PML is going strong forty years later in 2015!
I look forward to a continuing bright and growing future for PML in its goal of serving its clients."
